DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

3) Order and Formation of the Contract

The Buyer adds the product to the cart, enters payment and delivery details, approves the preliminary information, and clicks “Confirm Order.” Order confirmation and/or shipment information is sent by the Seller via SMS/email; the contract is deemed concluded upon this confirmation.

4) Product, Price and Payment

• Prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (₺) and include VAT.
• Payment methods: credit/debit card and bank transfer/EFT.
• Payment infrastructure: Sipay.
• In case of return/cancellation, refunds are made via the payment method used in the order.

5) Delivery

• Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer via Yurtiçi Kargo.
• Unless otherwise agreed, the Seller fulfills the order within 30 days from order confirmation at the latest.
• If the package is damaged on delivery, a damage report must be issued and the product should not be accepted.

6) Right of Withdrawal

• The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.
• The withdrawal notice may be made by phone, email, KEP, or via the return channels on the site.
• Following the withdrawal notice, the product must be sent to the return address within 10 days.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller. (Any difference arising from using a courier other than the Seller’s contracted courier may be borne by the Buyer.)

8) Return Procedure and Refunds

After the product reaches the Seller, a refund is made within 14 days at the latest. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by bank processes.

9) Defective Product / Warranty

In case of a suspected defect/shortage, the Buyer contacts customer service and provides evidence (photos, report, etc.) for assessment. Depending on the result, a product replacement or refund is provided.

10) Campaigns, Coupons and Gifts

• Coupons/discounts are subject to the validity conditions announced on the website.
• Gift products do not have to be returned (unless explicitly stated otherwise in the campaign terms).

11) Invoice

An E-Archive/E-Invoice is issued for all orders and sent to the email address provided by the Buyer in the order. Legal entities must provide the invoice title and tax details completely.

12) Personal Data and Privacy

The data controller is Bionative Kozmetik Dış Ticaret A.Ş. Personal data are processed under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for the purposes of establishing and performing the order. See the on-site Information Notice and Cookie Policy for details.

13) Intellectual and Industrial Rights

Content, trademarks and visuals on the site are protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

14) Force Majeure

Events such as natural disasters, war, fire, strike, epidemic, official regulations and similar are deemed force majeure; the parties’ obligations may be postponed with excuse.

15) Dispute Resolution

Within monetary limits, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer’s place of residence or where the transaction took place are competent; above these limits, Consumer Courts are competent. Hotline: ALO 175.

16) Entry into Force

The agreement enters into force when the Buyer electronically approves the agreement and the preliminary information.

Right of Withdrawal

• The Buyer may use the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason.
• The notice of withdrawal may be made by phone, KEP or via the return request channels on the site.
• After the notice, the product must be sent to the return address within 10 days.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller. Any difference arising from using a non-contracted courier may be borne by the Buyer.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following: products personalized per Buyer’s request; products that are perishable or may expire; products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons. For food supplements, returns are not accepted if the protective band/seal has been opened.

Returns / Exchanges and Complaints

In cases of return/cancellation, refunds are made via the payment method used in the order. In suspected defective/short shipments, contact customer service (with report and photos if necessary) to create a record; depending on the assessment, a product replacement or refund will be provided.
