Return & Exchange Policy

At Greenlabel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase and aim to make returns/exchanges as smooth as possible.

🕒 Return Period

You can request a return within 7 days after your order is delivered. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

📦 Product Conditions

Items eligible for return or exchange must be:

  • In their original packaging,

  • Unused,

  • Undamaged and

  • With the safety seal intact.

Products that do not meet these conditions are, for hygiene and safety reasons, not eligible for return or exchange and will be sent back to the recipient.

🚚 Shipping & Charges

Once your return/exchange request is approved, please ship the product via our contracted courier using the company details we will provide.
For incorrect, damaged, or incomplete items, all shipping costs are covered by our company. For returns made for personal reasons, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

💳 Refunds

After your return is approved, the refund will be issued within 3–10 business days, depending on your original payment method. Bank processing times are beyond our control.
