Upon Receiving Your Order


Before signing the delivery receipt, please carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing items, or if the package seal appears broken, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, request a damage report from the courier and return the package.
Once this procedure is properly followed, your replacement items will be sent to you promptly.
Please note that if a damaged or incomplete package is accepted and signed for, we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items inside.
