Return & Exchange Policy
At Greenlabel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We care about your satisfaction with our products and aim to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible.
🕒 Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
📦 Product Conditions
Products eligible for return or exchange must be:
Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons and will be sent back to the customer.
🚚 Shipping and Charges
Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will be asked to send the product via our contracted shipping company using the provided instructions.
If the product you received is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, all shipping costs will be covered by us. However, for returns based on personal preference, shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
💳 Refunds
After your return is approved, the refund will be issued within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment method. Please note that bank processing times are beyond our control.
