If you notice any damage, missing items, or the box tape has been opened, do not sign any delivery documents. Ask the courier to file a report and return the package. Once you complete this step, your replacement products will be dispatched immediately. If a package with a damaged box is accepted or a shipment claimed to be incomplete is received, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or shortages inside.
